K9s For Warriors
Determined to end Veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military Veterans suffering from PTSD and military trauma. With the majority of dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
Folds of Honor
Folds of Honor is a nonprofit that ensures that families who have sacrificed so much for our country and communities receive the education and opportunities they deserve.
Wounded Warriors Project
Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is the nation’s leading veterans service organization, dedicated to the total well-being of post-9/11 wounded, ill, or injured veterans and their families. From mental health and physical wellness to VA benefits assistance, peer support, and more, they’re changing the way our nation cares for veterans.
Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society
Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society provides several programs and services to assist active duty and retired Sailors, Marines and their families in financial need.
St. Jude
St. Jude leads the way in treating and defeating pediatric cancer and other life-threatening diseases. By supporting St. Jude through monthly donations, we help ensure that families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. Together, we can make a difference.
East Cooper Community Outreach
East Cooper Community Outreach provides assistance, guidance, and resources to help neighbors in the Charleston area navigate life’s challenges. Programs provided by ECCO include medical services, prescription assistance, dental services, food assistance, counseling, and more. We are grateful to be able to give back to our community.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis, fund research and drug development, partner with the CF community, and advance high-quality, specialized care. We are proud to stand with the CF community.
The Gideons International
The Gideons International is an Association of Christian business and professional men and their wives dedicated to telling people about Jesus through associating together for service, sharing personal testimony, and providing Bibles and New Testaments. It is a privilege to contribute to such meaningful work.
Hope Women’s Center
Hope Women’s Center is a faith based non-profit organization that provides vulnerable women and teen girls with education, mentorship, and support. Hope supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of any woman facing a difficult life situation. We are inspired by this meaningful work and are proud to contribute to such a strong cause.
National Autism Association
The mission of the National Autism Association is to respond to the most urgent needs of the autism community, providing real help and hope so that all affected can reach their full potential. NAA achieves its mission through advocacy, research, education, providing tools, spreading awareness, and being a source of hope. Supporting this cause is a small way that we strive to make a difference.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree
At PGI, we believe in giving back to our community and spreading joy. We were honored to host a Salvation Army Angel Tree in our office, bringing together our team and valued clients to make a difference. Thanks to the generosity of our clients, we were able to provide gifts for 20 local families in need.
Camp Happy Days
Camp Happy Days is a local organization that provides support and encouragement for children fighting cancer and their families. By volunteering for Camp Happy Days as a part of their Holiday Giving project, PGI had the opportunity to wrap donated gifts for families facing childhood cancer. PGI was happy to spread holiday cheer to such deserving families.
Samaritan's Purse
Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational Christian organization that provides aid to people in need around the world. Through Samaritan's Purse, our donation helped to provide relief to those impacted by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Relief efforts include airlifting supplies to those cut off from traveling, ground transportation, tree work, mudding out homes, clearing roads, and tarping roofs. Critical supplies, such as generators, heaters, food, fuel, solar lights, and blankets were delivered on behalf of Samaritan's Purse. During a time of critical need for so many people across the east coast, PGI took honor in supporting an organization that leads with a helping heart.
Navy Supply Corps Foundation Scholarship Program
The Navy Supply Corps Foundation Scholarship Program is an esteemed initiative that provides academic scholarships to the children and spouses of Navy Supply Corps officers. We take great pride in contributing to a program that fosters academic achievement and supports the families of those who have served our nation. Jones Project
The Jones Project is an organization that talks openly to middle and high school students in the Topeka, KS area about mental health. The organization provides free motivational keynote presentations on the mental health resources available for students. The Jones Project was founded in memory of Josh Jones, who took his own life in 2021 after a long struggle with mental health. As an associate of Topeka-based Advisors Excel, a key PGI partner, Josh was instrumental in helping PGI Financial grow its business. PGI Financial is proud to donate to an organization devoted to building a healthier future through open and supportive conversation.
Pet Helpers
Charleston based, Pet Helpers, is a local adoption center that aims to provide forever adoptions, humane education, and a low cost pet clinic. Pet Helpers relies on community support to continue its life saving mission of caring for all adoptable pets. Due to an increase in adoptable dogs at the shelter, Pet Helpers advertised a heavy need for dog food. PGI was happy to be able to donate over 600 pounds worth of dog food to the shelter.
American Legion Post 145
The American Legion is the nation's largest veterans service organization, committed to enhancing the well-being of America's veterans, their families, our military, and our communities through mutual helpfulness. The organization devotes itself to this goal by mentoring the youth, sponsoring wholesome programs, advocating for patriotism, promoting strong national security, and continuing its commitment to servicemembers and veterans. As a member of The American Legion, Paul devotes himself to supporting the organization.
Ronald McDonald House
The mission of the Ronald McDonald House is to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. It is an honor to help keep families together in a time of need.
My Sister’s House
My Sister’s House is a Charleston based non-profit committed to breaking the cycle of domestic violence by providing comprehensive support, services, and education to its clients. We are proud to support My Sister’s House in helping clients live a life of hope, safety, and dignity.
